My Goodness Natural Skincare is a Cornish based brand offering a magnesium skincare range. Handmade, blended and formulated to work gently on most skin types to support and replenish the body with plant based, skin kind ingredients.
Bursting with the amazing mineral Magnesium, natural ingredients and exquisite essential oils, My Goodness is an indulgent treat for the skin, body and mind. This unique skincare range is a wonderful way to transdermally supplement your body with Magnesium. This essential mineral plays an important role as it is required for over 300 reactions within our body and is needed for healthy nerves, brain, heart, immune system, respiratory system and it is especially great for all types of muscle relaxation.

The My Goodness Natural Skincare Journey
My Goodness Natural Skincare was inspired by my love for magnesium, nature and the principles of Reflexology, especially restoring balance and harmony in the body and mind.
While supporting a Reflexology client, I discovered the amazing mineral Magnesium and decided I wanted to use a foot cream containing magnesium on all my Reflexology clients.
With guidance, I made my own foot cream and soon discovered from my client’s responses the benefits and effects of magnesium and natural ingredients. I decided then to enrol on a natural skincare course and achieved a Level 4 Diploma with Distinction. This has enabled me to take skin consultations, workshops and create and make my own skincare range. With understanding the importance of magnesium, this ingredient became central to the development of my skincare range. With the desire to use only natural ingredients and to bring the benefits of nature's goodness into the body to support our client’s aftercare and wellbeing, My Goodness Natural Skincare was created, tested and certified.
The name My Goodness was derived from the Magnesium symbol Mg. These letters inspired the name My Goodness – Ingredients that provide Goodness for you, your body and mind. It is a branch off Celtic Balance, and the symbol of the tree is incorporated into the label, representing rooting, nourishment, growth and balance – just what our body and mind needs.
Nestled in the natural beauty of Tincombe, Saltash, I enjoy making small batches of handmade My Goodness products, with the desire to support my client’s wellbeing and to help others.

Our Ethos & Values
My Goodness Natural Skincare is an Artisan Skincare Business. This means we manufacture products by hand using traditional or simple methods such as whisking, blending and pouring. Our products are made by a real person, who gives time and care to create each product and monitor the process closely to ensure that the final result is of the finest quality.
My Goodness Natural Skincare uses raw ingredients from suppliers who have high ethical policies and values. The suppliers support growers and producers around the world and source ingredients based on purity, ethics, environment and quality. They often work directly with the growers ensuring how the materials are grown, what impact they have socially, environmentally and on the local wildlife.
We try our best to use only recyclable aluminium tins and PET plastic bottles, and keep packaging to a minimum where possible.

Refunds & Returns
If an item reaches you damaged please get in touch as soon as possible. We are happy to refund or exchange any damaged item providing it is returned within two weeks and is in its original packing in an unopened and unused condition. Please send a photo of the damaged item if this is relevant. Please get in touch with reflex@celticbalance.co.uk quoting your name and order number so your query can be dealt with as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it has been dispatched. We are unable to cancel your order after this time. If you decide you still do not want the goods, please return your item within 7 days, with a confirmation of return email. The goods must be in an unused and unopened condition so it can be resold. The buyer will pay for the return postage and a refund will be given once the item has been received by the seller.
