Karen is a qualified and accredited Reflexologist with the Association of Reflexology (AOR). She is also a qualified Baby Reflex Practitioner who is able to teach Reflexology workshops to parents or guardians to support their babies and toddlers. Karen is also the Creator and Founder of My Goodness Natural Skincare.
